Guiding an Israeli couple visiting Japan for the first time
Since the husband's interest in the trip was photographing Japanese scenery, we guided him to the main shooting spots around Odaiba and the Rainbow Bridge. Because his wife had some difficulty walking, we moved around by taxi. They enjoyed taking photos with his pride-and-joy camera of the sandy beach scenery in Odaiba and the view of Tokyo's buildings from Odaiba, and they seemed very satisfied.

A man from Portugal in Tokyo
Due to relatively short stay in Tokyo, I took him to rather popular touristic points in Tokyo, which were Meiji-Shrine, Harajuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, Imperial Garden and Tokyo Station. As it turned into November, the autumn deepened and we could appreciate mainly yellow leaves in several places. He also enjoyed hot Ramen in Tsukiji. Thought it was really quick trip to Tokyo, I think he was satisfied with the tour, walking about 23,000 steps.

Two American visitors discover Tokyo
On a beautiful autumn day, I guided two curious American visitors around Tokyo. We visited historic temples, shrines, a museum, and a park, and ended the day at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building’s observatory, enjoying the stunning night view. They were able to experience both the traditional culture and the modern side of Tokyo.

Brazilian Couple enjoyed a lunch.
One of the pleasures to make a trip is surely local meal and/or food. This was the first time for the couple to visit Japan and the wife has been anxious to eat grilled fish at Japanese restaurant in Japan while the husband Sashimi. After having finished visiting Imperial Palace, luckily we found one restaurant where white- colors working nearby come to eat lunch. She chose a set meal of grilled mackerel and he Chirashizusi (vinegared rice topped or mixed with slices of fresh fish, mushroom, egg, seasoned Nori, and vegetables). They ate up everything and were satisfied.
Kazue received thank-you emails from two Americans whom she showed around Tokyo.
Hi Kazue, Thank you for the generosity of your time, planning, and a full day of walking to show us sites in Tokyo that we would not have been able to enjoy on our own. We sincerely appreciate it all! We hope you enjoy the small gifts. The chocolate is from a very famous store in San Francisco. I was told that Pistachio nuts were hard to get in Japan. And for reasons we don’t quite understand, we were told the Trader Joe tote bags are popular in Japan. I am not sure though. 😀 Have a wonderful week ahead. And remember…if you and your husband decide to travel to […]

Thank you Tak, we had a great time. It was very informational and we learned a lot. It was amazing having you as a guide because there is no way we would’ve seen all that we did.
