Active Columbia family enjoyed east Tokyo.New!!
Active Columbia family enjoyed Imperial Palace East Garden, observatories around Tokyo station, Akihabara comic shops, Fukagawa-fudoudou and Tomioka-Hachimangu. They said that the special prayer at Fukagawa-fudoudou was very spiritual experience.
I guided two ladies from Moscow, Russia to Kamakura on 4/17, and to Tokyo on the following day, 4/18.New!!
The friendly pair visited the opening day of the Kansai Expo in Osaka, and after drawing lucky fortunes together at Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto, they went to Tokyo, demonstrating their youthful energy and athleticism. At the Kamakura Zen temple Kencho-ji, they sat on cushions on the tatami mats, closed their eyes and meditated for a while. At Kotoku-in, they were entranced by the slightly leaning Great Buddha sitting among young leaves. Australian couple enjoyed Asakusa before cruiseNew!!
At their fast time visit to Japan they enjoyed Asakusa, such as Matcha Cafe, Underground Street, Kitchenware Street to buy Japanese knives, followed by visiting Hokusai's grave and friendly talk with Buddhism Temple Master.
Australian sisters visited Yanaka Ginza and Nezu Shrine.New!!
We explored Yanaka Street and talked about the difference between Japanese and Australian culture in terms of religion and real estate.They were very pleased to see the beautiful and colourful azalea flowers at Nezu Shrine.
Guiding an Italian Family to KamakuraNew!!
After visiting the Great Buddha of Kamakura, they wanted to see the beach, so I took them to the viewing platform at Hase-tera Temple. After that, they wanted to walk along the beach. Since the tide was low, they enjoyed walking on the beach as much as they wanted.

Feeling the difference between Meiji Jingu Shrine and Senso-ji TempleNew!!
On 30/04/ 2025, a French family visited typical Shinto Shrine and Buddhist temple. Both Shinto and Buddhism play different but important roles in our daily life and Japanese people have a deep respect to both religions. Our guests appreciated the differences between 2 places including a strict and serene atmosphere of Meiji Jingu Shrine and more colorful and lively area around Senso-ji temple.
