Friendly Australian family explored Shibuya & Harajuku night

Friendly Australian parents and three teenaged sons explored and enjoyed Shibuya town and Harajuku Takeshita Street in the evening.  We got a sight over scramble cross form Shibuya Scramble Cross building after we reached there through a dense crowd.  We took dinner at the Soba restaurant in the place and then moved to Harajuku to get additional some famous crape sweets.

A friendly Australian woman enjoyed a walk around the ASAKUSA and UENO area

We enjoyed Kameido Tenjin Shrine, where wisteria in full bloom and Tokyo Sky Tree can be seen together, Asakusa, Kappabashi and UENO.  She was able to purchace some souvenirs like a sharp small knife, coasters with Ukiyoe patterns and a Daruma doll at Kapabashi.

French family explored special attractions in Tokyo !

On 12/04/2024、a cloudy spring day under cherry blossoms, a French family explored unique attractions in Tokyo.[ Cat café] in Harajuku , [Game center] in Asakusa, and [teamLab Planets] in ShinToyosu. We are sure that all the special activities bonded their family tie even stronger. In addition, they did not miss sushi with so many varieties of fresh raw fish which they cannot have in France.

Two blind tourists enjoy cherry blossoms at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden

We guided two blind tourists from Seattle to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.They enjoyed touching the cherry trees, the flowers, and the smell of the cherry blossoms. I explained in words that the color of cherry blossoms is pale pink. They were very pleased.

Our Kashiwa Goodwill Guide Association receives about 500 guide requests from foreign tourists a year.Yesterday, I guided two blind tourists from the United States. It was my first experience. I had a lot of anxiety. I could not do it alone, so I asked two other people to help me, so we had a three-person team.If my guests are able-bodied, my explanation is appealing to their eyesight, but if my guests are blind, my explanation must be verbal and accurate. Indonesian Family Enjoys Cherry Blossom Viewing

I guided a family of four Indonesians to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Now it is the cherry blossom season, and the whole area is covered in pink.  They said they would like to visit in winter next time and see the snow in Japan.

A  couple from Seattle enjoyed Tokyo  and shopping

A couple visited the Asakura Sculpture Museum and enjoyed  and luncheon .   Then they went to Asakusa by subway and sightseeing at a shrine.     They were so satisfied with buying what they wanted and moved to Kyoto by Shinkansen on that day.

On this day, Tokyo was experiencing heavy rain and strong winds comparable to a typhoon. The top deck tour that they have booked was cancelled. However, we were able to go up to the Main Deck.

American mother and daughter visit the home of our association members

An American mother and daughter visited the home of Nobuko-san, a member of our association. They enjoyed a home-cooked Japanese meal and were dressed in kimonos by Nobuko-san. This visit to Japan will surely be an unforgettable memory for the guests.
