We received thank you emails from four Israelis whom we guided around Tokyo on December 9th (Guide Taka) and December 10th (Guide Toru), so we would like to share them with you.
Dear Toru san and Tak san,
I hope this letter finds you all in great health and high spirits. We are writing to express our deepest and most heartfelt thanks for the extraordinary guidance you provided during our recent visit to Japan.
As dedicated volunteers, you opened up entirely new and fascinating worlds for us—from the serene beauty of ancient temples to the vibrant pulse of local traditions. Your explanations were not only comprehensive and meticulously detailed but also profoundly engaging, weaving in rich cultural insights, historical depth, and personal stories that made every moment come alive and truly unforgettable.
We couldn't have imagined better guides than you. Beyond exceptional tours, you became true friends, sharing laughs, insider tips on hidden gems, and genuine warmth that turned our trip into a deeply personal adventure. Your passion for Japan was infectious, helping us appreciate its heritage in ways guidebooks never could.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in reaching out—the relentless pace of daily life back home, work pressures, and readjusting to routine held us back from sending this sooner.
That said, our fond memories of you and the incredible experiences we shared have stayed vivid in our hearts every single day.
Thank you immensely for the time, knowledge, expertise, and soul you poured into making our journey magical. Thanks to you, this trip will remain an eternal treasure in our lives.
We also extend our special thanks to your chairman Tsune san, that unfortunately we didn't met. We wish you all good health.
With warmest regards and hopes to cross paths again someday,
