Summer vacation in Japan, a surge of tour guide applications from high school students

With the start of summer vacation, we are receiving many offers from high school students to volunteer as guides. They say that when they studied abroad, they were treated kindly by the local people and would like to return the favor.

In our association, we start by educating new members. They attend training, participate in OJT (on-the-job training), and then conduct guided tours. We hope to hire them once they are able to continue their activities.
