We received a thank-you email from an American lady whom Tsune guided on a Tokyo sightseeing tour on November 30th and December 1st, so we'd like to share it.

Dear Tsune,

あけましておめでとう!Happy New Year! I am sorry it has taken me so long to write this note to you. When I returned home, I was immediately swallowed up by work and by all the planning and events for the holidays. I finally have a bit of breathing room. Please forgive my tardiness.

I want you to know how fondly I am remembering the lovely time we had together in Tokyo, and I want to thank you again for your kind, generous and very patient help during my time there. You made my stay truly wonderful and I am deeply grateful. I never would have been able to negotiate seeing so many sights and having such wonderful food if it hadn’t been for you. All of it was great — the Fire Ritual, Asakusa, Shibuya, Imperial Gardens, the Double Bridge, grilled eel, sushi and much more. Thank you also for taking me to Kappabashi neighborhood so that I could buy a beautiful knife for my husband — he loves it! Thank you for planning all of our transportation — it was a marvel seeing how easily you were able to guide us to the various parts of the city. I know I couldn’t have done it all without you.

I have had fun telling my family and friends about you and my wonderful time in Tokyo. Thank you for making it so special for me. It was a joy having your expert and kind guidance, and it was fun to have a buddy to share my time there with. I will be very happy to recommend you and your organization to anyone I know.

Wishing you and your family a healthy and fulfilling 2026.

Thank you again for everything.
