Every main stations in Tokyo have elevator
Three friends Brazilian with age ranging from 65 to 70 years old strolled around touristic points in Tokyo for two days. One of them has difficulties to go down the stairs due to injury at knee while she does not problem to walk at the flat place and worried about the train and/or subway stations. However no worry. All the stations we passed through have elevator or down-escalator and she could go down without using stairs. I, as a guide, was surprised at good improvements in this kind of facilities.
