A DAY TRIP TO A LOCAL CITYT
I guided two Italian and an American tourists to my home town, Kashiwa city. They saw a part of everyday life in the city.
After that, we went to the old residence of wealthy farmer Yoshida family, who served as village heads while engaging in large-scale agriculture.
In the latter part of the Edo period, the family stepped into the manufacture of soy sauce. We received detailed information from a dedicated guide.
